These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website desertboothbyjv.com and the services provided by Desert Booth by JV (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or booking services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

Desert Booth by JV provides photo booth rental services for private and public events, including but not limited to weddings, parties, corporate events, and community functions.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation in writing.

• A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required to secure an event date.
• The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
• Event dates are not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed.

Failure to pay according to agreed terms may result in cancellation of services.

• Client cancellations are subject to the cancellation terms stated in the service agreement or invoice.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• One reschedule may be allowed at our discretion, subject to availability.
• Weather conditions do not constitute cancellation unless conditions are deemed unsafe by Desert Booth by JV.

The client agrees to:

• Provide adequate space, access, and power for the photo booth
• Ensure a safe environment for equipment, staff, and guests
• Be responsible for guest behavior during the event

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if conditions are unsafe or abusive.

The client is financially responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to photo booth equipment caused by the client or event guests, beyond normal wear and tear.

Repair or replacement costs will be billed accordingly.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Event photos remain the property of the client
• Desert Booth by JV may request permission to use select images for marketing or promotional purposes
• We do not publish identifiable images without consent

Guests use the photo booth voluntarily.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access restricted areas or systems
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission

All website content is owned by Desert Booth by JV and protected by applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desert Booth by JV shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Technical failures beyond our control
• Guest misuse of equipment
• Loss of data, images, or services due to circumstances outside reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Desert Booth by JV from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Client or guest actions
• Violation of these Terms
• Unsafe or undisclosed event conditions

We may utilize third-party platforms for booking, payments, analytics, or communication. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party providers.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
